The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in plush beds, with an additional guest on the couch if needed. Fully immerse yourself in the invigorating desert atmosphere while creating cherished memories in our well-equipped kitchen. Whether you`re cooking up a storm at home, or sampling the rich culinary offerings at the nearby St. Philip`s Plaza, you`re in for a treat.

We`re readily available for any questions or needs via text, with phone access for emergencies. To maintain a peaceful environment, disturbances after 8pm could incur a $1,000 fine.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to the Rillito Trail/The Loop offers endless opportunities for cycling, walking, and in-line skating adventures. Weekend farmers` markets showcase local artisans, while the plaza hosts live music events. Please note that commercial vehicles are not permitted to park overnight, and no RVs, trailers, or campers are allowed on the premises. We provide a designated parking spot for guests.

A temporary $500 hold will be applied to each reservation 2 days before checkout and released within 10 days, unless damages are incurred. With us, your refined home away from home awaits!
Leave beds un-made and place all towels in the laundry room.

Pool towels are the colorful towels at the property. Do not take white bath towels to the pool.

House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on.

Empty all food and drink`s even un-opened items along with all trash. Please have all trash in large dumpsters around the community at checkout.

1 parking spot per guest reservation #154, additional parking is allowed for day guests, not overnight stays.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings).

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings).

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television remotes are placed back on nightstands or table in each room.

Do not move furniture.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
