Our spacious and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the first floor (13 steps) and extends over two levels with a total of 85 m²—ideal for couples, families, or friends.



On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and various appliances. From the living room, step into the cozy sunroom with a lovely view of the private garden and access to your own balcony. The garden is private and not part of the rental. This floor also has a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and washer-dryer (towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, and shower gel provided), as well as a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200) and ample storage.



Upstairs, there’s a second bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) and an additional sofa bed (140 × 200). A separate toilet with sink is also available here.



Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. Grilling is not allowed on the balcony, and quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am must be observed. Pets are not allowed.



From your first day, you’ll receive the AlbCard, giving you free access to over 180 attractions, experiences, and public transport (not valid for business travelers).



Tübingen delights with its historic old town, punting on the Neckar, marketplace, castle, and botanical garden. Many attractions such as Hohenzollern Castle, Schönbuch, or Stuttgart are nearby.



A free parking space is available on the property. Charging electric cars is available for an extra fee (please bring your own long charging cable if needed).
