“We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. "Fint klassiskt hotell, just nu under renovering."

"The staff were not service minded at all. We couldn’t make a dinner reservation despite the restaurant not being fully booked. The bill was given to us without us asking for it. The food was awful, it was served within 5 minutes leaving us assuming it was ready made and warmed in the microwave. We ordered two drinks in the bar and was served one half full and the other full. I would have expected the half full to at least have been topped up to a full drink or the bartender should have made a new drink. The hotel itself is stunning and so is the surrounding area so it’s a shame that service and food were so bad. "
