Le Petit is a beautifully appointed boutique hotel with an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff (with solid conversational English) and a wonderful roof top with a panoramic view of the city. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom up to the minute with very good hot water. The room is understated in decor celebrating Oaxacan style with contemporary materials. “Rooms were larger than normal with kitchen area, seating area and 2 separate bedrooms. We had a late night check-in due to a flight delay and the staff had all the paperwork waiting for us when we walked in. The cleanliness standards were 100% impressive. The hotel is very quiet. It is located in a very safe area with dozens of restaurants, cafes, mini marts and bars on the street. Walking distance to the Zocalo (city center) was 15-20 minutes.”

“The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A nice shower. We loved the rooftop terrace, with the coffee and tea in the morning. We bought pastries at a nearby bakery and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is outstanding.”

“Casa Sofi is lovely. It’s beautiful and very centrally located. The welcome we received from the manager (Gerardo) was really special. And he was helpful in getting us a 2nd key to our room, and booking a taxi and a tour for us during our stay. We were there for a a week and could walk pretty much anywhere in town. We’d definitely come back to Casa Sofi. ”
