Helt nytt hem, Easy Peasy, ligger i det nya gated community of Twin Creeks Village. Steg från den helt nya Twin Creeks Marina, här hemma ståtar med vacker utsikt från övre däck och back veranda av Tims Ford Lake i Winchester, Tennessee. Twin Creeks Marina erbjuder pontong båt och paddleboard och kajakuthyrning, ett lager närbutik, gas och en restaurang / bar lättillgänglig genom bakgården - ingen anledning att köra!

Twin Creeks Village är en golfbil vänskapsgemenskap och det finns också en privat golfbilsväg till marinaparkeringen om du vill använda Lemon Squeezy, vår golfbil. Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Easy Peasy! The house was roomy enough for our whole family! We loved the fenced in backyard for our younger grandchildren to run around in. We also loved riding in the golf cart and swimming in the pools. The kitchen and grill allowed us to prepare the majority of our meals at the house! The beds and furniture were all comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us…..can’t wait to come back!

Easy Peasy is wonderful!

Our second year at this property. House is perfect for multiple families and such easy access to marina and boat slips. Quiet, friendly and safe community and convenient to get to stores to grab groceries and necessities. Already planning to go back next year.

Excellent 30th Birthday Celebration

Our stay at Easy Peasy was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near Twin Creeks Marina. Thus, the dock for our boat rental was merely steps away! We LOVED using the Big Green Egg Grill as we celebrated our daughter's 30th birthday with family and friends. The Easy Peasy was everything we were looking for and more. We look forward to returning again soon!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the layout was very convenient! If we were to add a suggestion it would be to have a deck/ screen porch/ outdoor living area on level with the main floor. The Fire Pit area was very nice, though!

Second time visit

This was our second summer staying at this amazing property. It was great last year, but even better this year with new kayaks and even more supplies in the kitchen. We came with our three young boys and our parents and it was a perfect house for everyone. Tara was super helpful and responsive with any and all of our questions. We loved seeing new restaurants and shops in town too. We will be back!

4th July 2023 Family Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and all three bedrooms fit our small family of ten perfect with the four boys each having their own bed in the fourth bed room. The host Tara was amazing! The location was perfect for our family. We could walk straight across the parking lot to the marina to eat and enjoy the music and different things going on at night. We have a pontoon in the slips and walked right out the back door to the dock and stayed on the lake all day. We had out of town family in the RV park with their RVs as well and the golf cart was perfect going back and forth to visit. Very nice fire pit right out back but didn’t use it. We enjoyed the firework show right across from the house on the lake. We will definitely be back and thank you for a great week!

We loved “Easy Peasy!”

This is a wonderful property. Great accommodations for five adults and four children. The jewel in the crown is the location! Out the back door and through the fence is Twin Creeks Marina and restaurant. We brought plenty of provisions and never left the place. Everything was within walking or golf cart distance. Everyone said this was better than a beach vacation. I hesitated to write this review because now “Easy Peasy” will be booked up forever. We will be back though. For a quiet, relaxing place we recommend it with two thumbs up!

Love this lake house!

We had the best weekend at Easy Peasy! The name says it all. Everything was so convenient. The location is ideal - so close to the lake, great views and easy access to the lake and restaurant and boats. The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities you need. We love Lake Life

This is a beautiful home with such a convienent location on Tim Fords. We could walk to the main dock restaurant and was only 12 minutes from our boat rental. The home itself was clean, spacious, and we loved having the grill and fire pit. Would definitely return!

Thanksgiving With Family

We had a wonderful, relaxing Thanksgiving at Easy Peasy. Family came from IL, WI and GA. The property had everything we were looking for including nice bedrooms (2 King’s), plenty of full baths, open kitchen/living space, nice outdoor space with views of the Lake, Big Green Egg, and a fire pit for “that uncle” that just needs to burn. The place was even nicely decorated for Christmas. Our grandson also enjoyed the golf cart ride around the neighborhood. A few minor issues, all considered…one shower had a very slow drain and batteries were dead in the roku remotes. This time of year there were limited local activities but we actually all enjoyed our trip to Falls Mill, a great little museum/working water wheel in a picturesque setting. Nicest owners. Their ground corn meal was exactly what we needed to make perfect pizzas on the green egg that night!
