“We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!”

“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

“No shower curtain! Took forever to get them to bring one. They must have not changed the bed or something from someone before us being I am very allergic to dogs and as soon as I got in bed i broke out like crazy, which is why need to shower.. and have no shower curtain! Got back in bed and again! So someone before us definitely had a dog in the bed and they absolutely did not change the bedding! We immediately left!”
