Our vacation rental includes almost everything you'll need for a relaxing fun stay, from linens & bedding, shampoo & bodywash, ground coffee, Robes for the hot tub, and so much more. We offer the perfect place for those "Girls Weekends", "Fun Family Retreats", and Skiing or Hiking getaways. Guys don't feel left out, we have several golf courses close and many great upstate courses just a short drive away. Take advantage of the many waterfalls and hiking trails in the areas too. Spend time exploring during the day, and relax at night in the hot tub or sit around the outdoor fire pit and share stories with your friends and family. We have several outdoor games for use, from corn hole, to ladder ball, and bocce. In the evenings gather on the huge lawn to play some games or take in the amazing sunsets from the deck. Our 3000 sq. ft. villa has plenty of room for up to 8 guests and 2 dogs, to spread out and relax. Make sure to plan a visit to the many nearby wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses, & apple orchards, or rent a boat and spend the day on Otisco or Skaneateles lake. Take advantage of our close proximity to the eastern side of the Finger Lakes region and all that the lakes and surrounding communities have to offer. We are centrally located 25 minutes south of Syracuse & 25 minutes north of Cortland off Interstate 81. We are a great spot to stay if you have kids attending Syracuse University or SUNY Cortland. In the winter months snuggle up next to our wood fireplace for a romantic evenings while you watch the snow fall over the lake, or find plenty of wintery fun visiting the 3 local ski areas just minutes away from our villa.
