The pool was advertised as open BUT there were no chairs, towels, or staff to order food & drink. Very disappointing. It was misleading to say the pool is open on website. Didn’t offer any credit or discount or free night. Ruth Chris was underwhelming as well. Not 5 star service and the food was not as good as it has been in the past

The beds were very comfortable. Perfect pillows. Spacious rooms. There should be park benches in areas outside to sit on for those that like to sit outside. Otherwise by far the only hotel the we have ever stayed in (Several) that was just right. Thank you.

Pool signage ssid closed but guests utilizing it...limited dining options for breakfast...construction had kids traveling through casino floor to eat... not family friendly in that aspect

I loved how quiet and affordable this hotel was. It had plenty of options for food without me even having to leave the hotel! I would recommend this place for families also!

The is a fun resort with a nice pool area and a great venue to see a concert. The only down side is the amount of cigarette smoke everywhere.

While it is a casino I stayed with my four year old son and felt perfectly safe doing so. He loved the ladies on stilts that made him balloon animals. Our room was so clean and the view was beautiful

Loved that is was a little away from the downtown hussle but close enough for a quick drive up river dr. Staff was great, you can tell they take pride in maintaining a good clean atmosphere. It would be nice if there was like an arcade or pool hall like area away from smoking area for those who want to do a little more than just gamble. A little something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our room was quiet and clean. Valet parking was great and all the staff we encountered was very nice and helpful. The toilet was clogged when we got there so I called the front desk and a facilities worker was there within 5 minutes. We stayed 2 nights so needed fresh towels and when I called the front desk, we had fresh towels within 5 minutes. Service was great! We enjoyed our stay very much.

We always have a great time staying and playing here. It is a safe, clean environment. They have free entertainment on weekend nights. The restaurants never disappoint. Our rooms are always clean and comfortable. This is my happy place.
