The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

On rare occasions, essential maintenance may require entry into the unit during your stay. Scheduling is managed externally, and refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
