I liked the Rock stars memorabilia. The casino was bright and inviting. I liked that it had a non smoking section. I didn’t like the room. After looking up the rooms online I opted for the All-suite hotel. The pic online showed a room with 2 queen bed, a sofa with a separate sitting area and a dining table. I was planning on sleeping on the sofa. As I traveled with my mom and brother. The online site said suites sleep 5. Not ours! It had 2 beds, a small table with 1 chair. NO SOFA! Just a regular queen room. It had more room but it wasn’t a suite. The beds were HORRIBLE! I could feel a metal bar on my back all night. I slept maybe an hour it was so uncomfortable. Next, there isn’t a vending machine anywhere in the hotel. As a Diet Coke drinker after a 5 1/2 drive I needed one. I didn’t get one until the next day at room service. Lastly, the casino machines were horribly TIGHT! No winning here. You couldn’t even win enough to play for a few hours. Several hands with no winning at all. Didn’t even get a free play by getting your money back on a spin. I definitely wouldn’t waste my money here ever again.

The staff outside trying to park for hotel was VERY rude. Most people people were not helpful when asking how to get to our room. When we pay over 300.00 a night I’d expect a little more friendliness.

I loved this hotel. I am not much of a gambler but a friend is so I went. The staff really made the difference for me. I loved the pool area. If you are staying here you should probably know that you have to be 21 to gamble in this Resort you only have to be 18 at others if gambling means something to you. And this does draw a gambling partying crowd my room was very quiet there were people in the elevators having a good night. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend this as a family stop but for adults who when I get away it really wasn't bad and as a non-gambler person who likes a lot of quiet I really managed to have a nice time. Much of this is because the staff just went out of their way. There were some little chocolate guitars they give out and I wanted an extra one and they gave me five. They knew our college kids couldn't even be on the floor and so they routed them to some places they could go to have a good time so it was a great balance of good fun for the people who wanted to have it and quiet for me. Once I was in my room it was very quiet and the pool time was pretty quiet for the most part until after about 10:00 p.m. I would stop here again just in trouble it was a great place to stay and it is close to a lot of local facilities but mostly it was the staff that made my day.

While I didn’t hit the big one, memories were made to last a lifetime. I loved everything about Hard Rock. From the room, to the separate pools, to the gift shop, and the amazing food choices. And let’s not forget the mass amounts of gaming choices. The drinks were fantastic and the staff was amazing! I can’t comment on the golf course, as I don’t play, but it looked beautiful!

I enjoyed my stay with the hard rock casino. The customer service was superb and the restaurant on the 19th floor was amazing and worth every penny. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and quiet and the hotel has such a nice scent on the floors. I recommend anyone to stay here and get you a sweet. They’re very nice.
