1. The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must be one of the occupants of the home for the entire duration of the rental period.
2. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, please be respectful of the neighbors
3. All cars must park on the property driveway, 4 car maximum. No street parking allowed.
4. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property Violation fee $500-$7,000
5. No Parties or Events
6. No Pets unless declared in reservation and additional pet fee paid
7. Guest amount on reservation includes visitors. No more than 12 people allowed on the property
8. Exterior of home is professionally monitored to ensure these rules are met, the home also has noise monitor.
9. Violation of house rules will constitute forfeiture of security deposit as well as any and all additional fees for extra cleaning, damage to property, missing items/remotes, and potential to be banned from AirBnb.
10. Primary renter shall share these rules with everybody they bring to the property.
11. Renter must provide an image of their face holding their government issued ID that matches the name of the reservation. Access code will not be activated until this occurs. Failure to provide this prior to arrival will delay access to the property. Refunds for failure to provide image will constitute loss of reservation and all associated funds.
