This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom luxury villa is situated in Soliman Bay, Tulum, in a beachfront location. It’s absolutely perfect for water and nature lovers as the villa is surrounded by the ocean on one side and lush jungle on the other. You can catch spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. Designed by a talented artist, this breathtaking villa exudes love and embodies the peacefulness of life along the water. The villa owner put her heart and soul into this stunning abode’s construction. The design allows for separate and detached spaces to enjoy privacy and quiet time when needed.

As you step into this grandiose villa through a wide landscaped entry, you get a sense of spaciousness as you see straight through the house to the sea. The main floor presents a large living room, dining room, and kitchen area that opens up via sliding panoramic doors to allow for an indoor/outdoor connection. As the indoor flow onto a large terrace, you gain additional space to dine poolside with a sea view. This area is wonderful for large groups and entertaining as it was intentionally designed for “group togetherness” and enjoying the company you’re with. The decor includes opulent fabrics and gorgeous wall hangings from India. Head back through the courtyard and follow an eclectic water feature leading to a family room and bunkroom. Both have separate entrances with a connecting bathroom stunningly decorated with extraordinary handmade tiling. These rooms provide the most serenity of all the spaces in the home.

Near the street-side entrance is a private casita, separate from the main house, with its own kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom adorned with these unique hand-crafted tiles. The second story is two charming master bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the bay. This level also contains an art studio that can be a bedroom too, with a private bathroom. This studio can accommodate one guest, or it can be available for a private workshop.

This six-bedroom masterpiece of architecture and design offers an array of premium settings and spaces from which to enjoy a relaxing tropical getaway. Designed to maximize the location, it features a rooftop lounge that provides amazing sunrise and sunset views, and also ensures great views of the beaches and starry skies nearby. The pool terrace is also a good place to do some stargazing or soaking up the sun and it opens directly to the beach. There is a small palm grove that plays host to the oversized hammocks available to guests. The pool is surrounded by a stone terrace and backs right up to the verandah, where al fresco dining and lounging is sure to be a common occurrence.

Inside the stunning two-story property, the main level houses the stylish great room with its earthy and artisan furnishings, pale palette and banks of windows gazing out to the sea. There is a large dining room area and a living room with daybeds ideal for hours of socializing and relaxation. Nearby is the stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar and range of premium appliances. Because the villa has a full household staff, including a chef to prepare three meals daily, it may not be necessary to use the kitchen, but it is still an option. There is also a media room with oversized sofa and high-end entertainment system.

The six bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, balcony and enormous private bath. The remaining suites are all king size or with two beds. There is a casita with a kitchenette and lounge, as well as the art studio with two sofa beds.

The reef is only about a mile (1.6km) from shore, and you can easily paddle, kayak, or swim out there to snorkel. Soliman Bay is also only a 10-minute drive to Tulum Pueblo (town) and the ruins. It is also not far from the other Mayan archaeological sites of Cobá and Chichén Itzá and only minutes north of Tulum’s beach hotspot with many restaurants, beach clubs, boutique shops, and more. Villa Casa Kevali is an ultra-luxurious property along Soliman Bay in the Tulum area of the Mayan Peninsula. A hidden gem already emerging into the public eye, Tulum is home to Mayan pyramids, cenotes, and array of famous beaches. It is popular with the jet set and a great spot for exclusive shopping as well as diving in the famous Mesoamerican Reef area about one mile offshore. The area is also famous for its restaurants and famous Mayan sites.

Please be conscious in water use. There is no water service in the area, only water pipes.

Tap water is not safe to drink, please use bottled water from kitchen and night table.

Electricity
Sometimes we have intermittent electric power, specially due to weather conditions.

Local Conditions
If it rains; we have umbrellas and table games. There could be sargasso seaweed that we try to clean as it comes in, also there are beautiful loose coral on the beach, watch your feet!

AC
We have AC in all bedrooms, kitchen and living areas, we kindly ask you to be mindful in it's use. Please make sure all doors are closed (including bathroom doors) before turning on. Be aware confort temperature is 24ºC or 75ºF.

AC will be turn OFF if the guest is not in the area.

Internet Service
We have satellite internet service, but we are subject to the stability of it.

Laundry
If you wish to have laundry service, we can arrange it to be collected; please notice it will be done in a local laundry, and will be self payed. Casa Caleta is not responsible for any damage.

Animals
Since we are in the middle of the jungle we have many wild animals around; sea turtles, crabs, raccoons, squirrels, birds, geckos, bees and so, please be respectful with them.

Gratuities
They do appreciate gratuities from our guests. That, goes directly to their families.
