However, if you prefer not to drive, taxis are readily available and can easily take you to your desired destinations in and around Tulum.
For added convenience, we can also arrange a private transfer from the airport to our property, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey to your destination. Our goal is to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable experience getting around during your stay.

**Villa Layout:**
Please note that we offer multiple villas, and the layout and furniture may vary. However, we guarantee consistent amenities and services across all our properties to prioritize your comfort and satisfaction.
**Property Use:**
The property is intended for domestic stay only and is not to be used for any commercial business operations. For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that parties or events not be hosted in our villas.
**Check-In and Check-Out:**
- **Standard Check-In Time:** 3:00 PM
- **Standard Check-Out Time:** 11:00 AM
- Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request, subject to availability, and will incur an additional fee.
**Passport Submission:**
Prior to check-in, guests are kindly requested to submit soft copies of their passports.
**No Smoking:**
We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of 300 USD for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
**Parking:**
Complimentary street parking is available for your convenience.
**Construction Notice:**
Tulum is a rapidly growing beach town, and construction activity occurs on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. To compensate for any potential disruption, we offer a substantial discount on weekdays. There is no construction activity on weekends, ensuring your peace and relaxation.
**Power Outages:**
Due to Tulum's remote location within the lush jungle, occasional power outages may occur. These outages are typically brief and are a part of the natural rhythm of life in this beautiful environment.
**Toiletries and Towels:**
Complimentary toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, and laundry detergent are provided in limited quantities. Extra towels are available for an additional fee.
**Additional Services:**
- A travel baby cot and baby high chair can be arranged for an additional fee.
