Roxie´s Place is a Design Contemporary little house & decorated with my own artwork.

The space
Only 5 minutes away fro the nicest beach in Tulum and very close to the Mayan Ruins!!!

One bedroom house
-With a King size and very comfortable bed, a spacious closet and A/C. Perfect for two people.

Living & dining room
-Contemporary furniture, A/C, a very comfortable couch, a flat screen TV with NETFLIX & YouTube.

-Full equipped Venetian mosaics kitchen, including coffee machine and espresso coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, juice maker, mixer so you can blend your own margritas...

-Bathroom with a Venetian mosaics wall shower and hot water 24 hours.

-Laundry room with a washing machine & a clothesline

You will see original oil paintings by Roxie all over the house, which create great harmony!

Please note: I sell my art work, so you may not find the same paintings as in the pictures.

In the patio there is a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner or just to sit outdoors and watch the birds... or maybe just to watch the million stars in the sky!!!
