Ranch Life!
We had a wonderful Easter weekend on the ranch! Tammy was awesome in meeting us upon arrival and letting our doggos join in on the fun. The property is so cool! Every day we wandered the ranch and felt like real locals!

Escape to the Ranch
After reading the reviews we were intrigued by this property since it was so unlike our previous VRBO experiences. And it was very different in a very good way. It’s a older house on a working ranch. It’s not in a subdivision. There are cattle and wildlife and lots of open space and you’re pretty secluded. There are lots of birds, occasional javelinas, bobcats, owls and coyotes. It’s great. The house is clean and well maintained, and has all the things you’ll need. Tammy and Jim are the nicest hosts we’ve ever had at a rental — they meet you on arrival and get you situated, and if you need anything just call or text. The ranch is about 20 miles from Nogales and a little farther from Green Valley and Sahuarita where major grocery and other stores are. There’s a little grocery and pizzeria not far if you need something simple. There’s lots of hiking nearby and plenty of things to see and places to visit. We’ll be back.

This property is an absolute treasure! The views were perfectly serene. The accommodations were well maintained and met our every need and exceeded all expectations. The owners were warm and welcoming providing an excellent stay. Our only regret...we should have stayed longer!!

A quiet place

Ranch experience in Tumacacori, AZ
Hosts greeted us at the gate with a tour and history of site. Overnights with spouse and daughter/son-in-law. Son visited with young children after afternoon running about and early dinner. Excellent location to access Nogales and Tumacacori Mission and Tubac. We did the Tumacacori-Tubac on foot via Anaz Trail. Spouse would add hair dryer to amenities.

Wonderful views snd wildlife viewing
We had our pup with us and he had a great time doing the zoomies in the front yard. We had a group of three coyotes that greeted us each morning and evening. Viewed a Vermillion flycatcher and a silly flycatcher and many more birds. Family of javelinas s couple mornings. We are runners and hikers, DeAnza trail nearby and running out front door is great. We loved our two weeks at Peachey ranch!!

Old style ranchhouse Great property, wonderful views, clean and comfortable. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. This is our second stay here and we look forward to coming back. Incredibly clean laundry facilities!

Relaxing at it's best!
We enjoyed our stay at The Peachy Ranch! Tammy and Jim were extremely hospitable and the property was exactly as described. We went for a few days vacation/quilting time and it was perfect. While we were preparing to go home, we were planning when we would be able to come again.

Perfect for those who love nature and enjoy solitue
My husband and I had a wonderful 4 weeks at Peachey Ranch. The house was well equipped and maintained. The owners were attentive and responsive, but also gave us our space. We loved the location. The views were spectacular. There are numerous places to walk without driving, and the wildlife viewing was wonderful. We had multiple viewings of bobcat, coyote, mule deer, javelinas, and birds. We kept a bird list of Peachey Ranch that is available on eBird! We were also pleasantly surprised by accessibility to enjoyable hiking and birding areas. If you DON"T like nature and the outdoors, then you may want to go elsewhere. But if you DO, this place is perfect.

Serene Solitude, Easy Access To Sites
We (two couples, long-time friends) found the house and setting to be a perfect place to meet on holiday. The setting, very close to nearby Tubac and Tumacacori, gave us outdoor eating with a view of fields and mountains - a resident vermilion flycatcher who allowed us to watch him work daily, a javelina who wandered by for a hello, a group of coyotes who spent part of a night in the yard chasing a rabbit; meals and happy hours, mostly on the patio - serenity! Our sight-seeing became limited by the emerging Covid-19 concerns, yet we could still enjoy drives to wineries, a visit to Arivaca and the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Reserve, as well as Tumacacori, Tubac, and a walk along the De Anza Trail. The house was spacious, clean, welcoming, with bedrooms to spare, an airy screened-in porch. Our landlords were neighbors, friendly and helpful, but separated from us by a thick wooded area of the farm site, giving us the sense that we had a private home away from home. We loved our time there together and highly recommend that others do the same!

Great place for our girls weekend!
We loved the property and you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are just 10-15 minutes to Tubac. We hiked and drank wine and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Will definitely go back again.

Weekend Wedding Getaway
My husband, myself, my daughter and her spouse and 4 grandkids stayed here for the weekend. Super nice place to stay. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful scenery. Plenty of room in the house. Games for the kids to play. Coffe, bottled water, wine, condiments, a grill, everything you need! There were also fresh eggs in the fridge. Very homey with thoughtful owners. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay. The owners were hospitable. Their place was well-stocked with paper goods; dishes, silverware; beautiful views; a walking path and close to Tubac. It was also quite clean.
