There were only two right things: the man that help with luggage and other small things like provide bath towels , and the wireless connection. But: the TV was not working, the light in the bathroom last 10 second, I had tò ask for the heater, the women at the reception was unfriendly, etc etc. Never more!

Realy like the staff, the place was very clean. The windows ar not best insulated, that is the front facing the main street, but i did mention it to the staff and they said they will try to resolve it, but i still head not problem with it as much. Deffinetly recommend it

J'ai réserver pour 2 nuit. Mais cétais impossible de rester la 2 eme nuit. j'ai passer une nuit et c'etait infernale ,je me suis enfuis.pas de chaufage. Parking nul. Petit déjeuner nul.

Works well for a few days, but not perfect
This hotel had the potential to be something much more than it is, but it was left on the momentum to a degree when things just don't look that well. Cleanliness was decent, but on the floor and in the bathroom. I wish they put the same effort on the bed. Sheets were not ironed, not too new, didn't even smell like new and clean enough (even though I believe they were). Also a lot of poor maintenance (and maybe even engineering) in the bathroom - the water pump gives high pressure for 5 seconds, then pressure drops to zero in the next 5 seconds, and then everything starts over. Not the best way to take a shower, but for a few days it's livable. The location of the hotel is not bad - there is a metro station less than 5 minutes away, you can easily catch a taxi on the boulevard in front, and the city center is about 15 minutes away - both by car or metro. Airport is 11 km away, which is also quite good. But being on the busy boulevard, the hotel is kind of noisy, except for a few hours at night. Rooms are not noise proof at all, so if you have neighbours that like the TV volume a little up, you will hear it as if they are in your room. If I have to say something good as well... they didn't say a thing about me checking in at 11am, even though officially check-in starts at 2pm. Staff was friendly too, but housekeeping is a bit unpredictable - both in the times they come, and in the service you will get. One day they took away the beautiful rug I had on the floor in the corridor.

J'ai passé une nuit ds cette hôtel insalubre chambre horriblement vétuste et sale,draps tâcher,toilette et salle de bain dégueulasse clim ne fonctionne pas ni TV,le matin c'est faux pas de petit déjeuner et pas de service navette aéroport hotel.bref je déconseille a tout le monde nous avons fuit....je demande d'ailleurs un remboursement totale car franchement j payer 73 euros pour dormir ds des draps sale

Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel, l'emplacement c une catastrophe, parking encore pire ne peux prendre que 2 voitures la notre a été touché en sortant et a savoir que l'hôtel se situe en face du train alors imaginé l'emplacement et la sortie du parking ,l'hôtel je lui met meme pas 3 étoiles plutôt aucune ont a été trompé par les photos et a notre arrivé une catastrophe cela nous a gâché nos vacances !!!

ホテルに関してはマアマアだけど
Hotels.comでの「地図で表示する」から得たgoogle mapの位置と実際のホテルの位置が3キロ以上も異なるのが、一番の問題だ。wifiしか通信手段がないので、どうすることもできずに、その際に、2時間以上さまよった。いまだに修整されていないのは確信犯か、それとも訳が分からない予約客にタクシーを利用させるための策略なのか、ともかく悪質である。部屋は全体的に暗く、特にバスルームは3つあるダウンライトのうち1つしか機能せず、しかもセンサーで作動するので、10秒しか点灯しないので、暗い中バスタブに浸かっていた。 メトロの駅やバス・ルアージュステーションから近いので便利なのだけど。

Low-cost, s'abstenir si vous devez y travailler.
Cet hôtel 2 etoiles de banlieue nous a attiré notre ONG par son prix particulièrement bas. Alors, nos attentes étaient ajustées. En fait, un soin immense, quasi luxueux, a ete apporté a l'escalier (marbre, peintures murales) et aux meubles peints main de la salle à manger. Cependant, trop d'éléments ont rendu ce sejour désagréable au point de vouloir fuir: luminosité réduite au maximum pour économiser sur la note d'électricité, pénombre dans la chambre et les parties communes, lumiere bleue et froide dans les parties communes, wifi faiblard, pas de chaise pour le bureau de la chambre (finalement apporté puis retiré a nouveau!), petit déjeuner médiocre et malsain en ce qui concernait la pseudo-charcuterie), salle de douche brinquebalante et de taille insuffisante. En contraste avec le luxe dépensé a la construction. Le lieu, dans la banlieue, bien que sur une grande artère, est difficile d'acces en raison de la circulation.
