“The house we rented in Tunquen is a magical place indeed. The view right on the cliff edge can entertain you for weeks, so does the remoteness and the fact all you hear is birds and the waves of the sea. We stayed 4 nights and were grateful to have shopped in a bigger supermarket near Santiago, as there really isn’t much around there apart from some very small shops with some essentials, but for me that was all part of the charm. “Cosy hotel in the best part of Valparaiso. + It has a very nice view at the terrace over the city, the bed was really nice and bathroom was clean and good shower . - The service was not the best, talking about the staff: the guys were kind but the girls were really arrogant and didn’t even say hello, thanks or goodbye. Too many stairs and no elevator. ”

“Fantastic, A must visit hotel. It's really something out of the ordinary. Staff is amazingly helpful, happy and seems like they really enjoy their work. Almost everyone speaks very good English. If I owned a hotel I would hire everyone of them at once. Be prepared to surprised how really good this hotel is.”
