Durham House is beautiful new fully equipped modern double glazed home with amazing views and garden. Master Bedroom has own private ensuite bathroom. Super Fast Starlink WiFi system very reliable and fast. Main living room has new 65” TV with Apple TV and media streaming service included. Master bedroom and second bedroom have large TVs again with Apple TV and media streaming service. Bedroom 3 which most parents use as the children’s bedroom with 2 single beds prefer normally a non electronic bedroom where it’s quiet and peaceful. If required a Tv and Apple TV box please request before arrival.

Durham House is a brand new with an airy, warm and welcoming feel to the cottage. It has a heat pump and a HRV system , so through the whole house very cool in summer and warm and cosy in the winter. All set to your temperature . Includes all your linen and towels for all guests. The garden is totally private with a 6 foot fence all around and not overlooked. There is lovely big trees that do not obscure the sun giving beautiful shade if required. The views to the hills and mountain is spectacular.

Master Bedroom full ensuite and French doors to rear private enclosed gardens with beautiful views and TV, built in double wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. built in wardrobe and had tv too

Bedroom3 has two king single bed , bedside cabinet with lamp and built in wardrobe

Main bathroom. Has full size bath, separate shower toilet and handbasin. All brand new and very clean, classic setup (hair dryer supplied). Has sink Hand Soap dispense also in Shower for Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner.

Main living area . There is a TV with terrestrial channels and Apple TV with Netflix. Two couches, the leather couch has recliner seats (great for a film or watching the ruggers), and bean bag for the adults whoops kids.

Kitchen is all new, dishwasher, microwave, under bench fridge and separate freezer, loads of storage. All Cutlery, Plates, cooking utensils etc supplied. There is a full dining table for the jigsaw fan or the family to sit down to for a meal. Box of Childrens and Adults Jigsaws, Books and Games

Back Garden. Totally private and fenced off with access only from front of house. Stunning views, for the ornithologist absolutely full of birds flying from the trees located in the garden. Garden furniture , Outdoor dining for 6 provided and sun umbrella.

Front driveway and parking. Totally enclosed off road parking with plenty of space

Very sunny location. Town centre is only a 10 minute walk or for the big shop 2 mins in the car to NewWorld, BurgerKing, Restaurants and Take aways.Very central location. Loads of play parks in town and an amazing indoor fully heated Olympic sized Adults and children’s swimming pool. Mini golf is my favourite. Oh and don’t forget the fishing in the river.
