"Nice hotel. The breakfast was average"

"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. A massive pot hole outside i twisted my knee now have to wear a brace discusted by the whole package "

"It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent."

"Hotel is great. Very large modern and clean room complete with cooking facilities. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the on site restaurant is very mediocre. Standard of food is very poor."

"Hotel was above our expectations. At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children. Next morning - a lady at the front desk, was a little bit unwelcoming. We requested an iron and ironing board and it took several attempts and 1.5h later we got it. Then at the check out time, same lady was giving us a hard time about one of the card keys that my daughter accidentally left in the room. Front desk lady repeatedly mentioned that it would be better if we had returned the key. Several apologies from us didn’t release the situation..which at the end gave us impression that she cared about the plastic card more than the customer. "

"Convenient location but hotel extremely dated. You get what you pay for but the hotel was tired, the room smelled really musty. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. The whole place was extremely basic. "
