The apartment, located on a mezzanine level in a building without an elevator, opens onto a living area featuring a single sofa bed and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bidet and a shower stall.

A staircase in the living area leads to a charming furnished terrace.
