The area offers all the necessary amenities, including shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen-dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, two moka pots, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, desk, closet, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY (accessible from the kitchen).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, a portable fan, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
