VILLA BERIA is an elegant property with a rustic-contemporary design, consisting of a main RESIDENCE (up to 6 guests), complemented by a separate ANNEX (up to 3 guests) integrated into the same property, for a total capacity of 9 people. The layout of the spaces allows guests to experience the property as a single, large residence, thanks to an internal connection.

Nestled in nature on a hill in Turin, in a secluded and scenic location with stunning views of the Italian Alps, it is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends who wish to share their stay while maintaining independence and privacy. A one-of-a-kind property for those seeking tranquility and relaxation just a few minutes from downtown Turin.

🏊 The pool is one of the property’s highlights. Nestled within the park’s greenery and situated in a sunny, scenic spot, it’s the perfect place to unwind on hot days, cool off, or simply relax by the pool surrounded by the tranquility of nature.
🌳 The park extends all around the villa, featuring well-maintained green areas and open spaces ideal for strolling or relaxing outdoors.
Within the green area, there is a section dedicated to children, featuring a charming treehouse—perfect for play and adventure in complete safety.

​🏡 RESIDENCE | 6 guests, 3 bedrooms
The property’s main residence, equipped with Wi-Fi, offering a stable connection available throughout the entire property. Towels are provided for all guests, along with bed linens, to ensure comfort and convenience from the moment you arrive. A welcome kit is also provided by the house for our guests.

The ground-floor living room is the heart of the home: a spacious living area featuring large panoramic windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer an unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. A large 12-seat table is perfect for enjoying meals in a warm, convivial atmosphere. Sofas for relaxing line the sides of the living room.
The spaces are airy and welcoming, ideal both for relaxing with the family and for sharing convivial evenings.
The living room leads to the adjacent kitchen and a hallway that connects to the guest house and the laundry area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: an induction cooktop (4 burners), refrigerator, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and oven. There are designated spaces for storing food and other items. The kitchen provides access to the outdoor areas: the garden and the barbecue area.

is a comfortable and versatile room, ideal for children, teenagers, or guests. It is furnished with two single beds, easily adaptable to different needs, and offers a tidy and functional space. It has access to a balcony overlooking the garden.

The guest house features a private entrance and direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor spaces in complete freedom.

The entrance opens onto a cozy and functional living area, furnished with a single sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. It is a cozy and comfortable space, ideal for relaxing or enjoying quiet moments while watching TV or reading a book.
