“Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.”

He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay.”

“I have stayed a couple of times per year at this hotel since it opened and since 2012 I stayed with Sprign Hill and Mariott Town suits that has the same owner. When I arrived late after a flight from Las Vegas I was notfied that there was no space and I was reassigned to Spring Hill. My collegue and myself had that share rental car had to stay in 2 different hotels. I was quite unhappy as I had been with the hotel chain many times. “If you are into throwbacks with some upgraded amenities then this place is for you. It sits in a beautiful little town and you can imagine how it was at the turn of the century. We can’t say enough about this place from the price to the bed. Best mattress we have ever stayed on. We will be returning at some point and look forward to it until we do. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. Has Dove products for use. Nice comfy king size bed. Dark out curtains that actually do their job. My only complaint is the pillows could be a little firmer. Also my number one complaint was one of the janitors was mopping the entrance when we arrived. We carefully walked around but a crowd of people walked in behind us, which caused him to drop the mop and exclaim “G-d dammit” and walk away. Not cool at all. ”
