Kommer definitivt bo här igen. Vi bodde 3 nätter och har haft en jätte skön vistelse. Frukosten leverar på hög nivå. Du finner typ allt om inte mer än vad det behövs! Vi bodde två nätter på superium svit och 1 natt på junior svit! Båda rummen var en wow känsla men vi föredrog superium rum där vi har pool...

“We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to ”care” more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole...

The breakfast was the same every day and tasted bad. This was my first and definitely last time staying at this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures"

A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience.."
