Hotell i Turning Stone

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I checked in, the building appeared nearly empty, yet I was assigned a handicap-accessible room that was not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair around the sink, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a room change, but instead, someone was sent up to clean the room. I also asked for toothpaste and was told it was sold out. When I asked for a travel-size toothpaste, I was told the counter was closed. For a hotel, this level of...

“It was a great price but you get what you pay for. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet was so wobbly that it made it difficult to get on/ off. And this was in a handicap room. But other than that it was good!”

“Blackjackin' & Fine Dinin'!”

“Amazing. Brand new luxurious hotel.”

“♥️”

“The outside of the inn was decorated nicely and looked VERY inviting. The parking lot was very big with LOTS of space. Once inside you start off in the entry room and looked VERY cozy and clean. The bar room and restaurant was closed when we were there but again, it looked clean and cozy. (We stayed in on their rooms for 2 nights)... Before we got to our room, we saw the "Open to all" kitchenette which had a full size fridge, with drinks muffins and bread for patrons staying there and room to...

“Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsamma. Rummet var jättefint och luftigt. Bästa hotellet på vår rundresa här i usa.”

“Very nice facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained.”

“On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“Följde med sonen som skulle börja på stadens college.”

“On the night of the 19th, our arrival day, for some unexplained reason, the water coming out of the spigot on the bathroom sink, after opening the "COLD" handle, wasn't cold; it was warm water! In the morning, it was cold.”

“Helt ok hotell, kanske inget man tillbringar semestern på men som alla amerikanska hotell ( stora hotell kedjor ) rent och bra service.”

“I would not stay there if they paid me to! When we arrived the place looked deserted, with a property for lease sign out front. The Ramada sign was not lighted and the lobby looked dark, but the door was unlocked so I went in. When I asked to see the room, I was told "Our rooms are beautiful. We have no complaints." Once I got to the nonsmoking room I had booked, I discovered that the room was either smoked in heavily and/or had mold or mildew. I had a full blown asthma attack. I went back to...
