We're thrilled to share it with you, especially after overcoming the challenges of the 2011 tornado. If you need baby gear during your stay, we can also provide details for renting cribs, car seats, strollers and toys from BabyQuip!



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces like the patio and backyard. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and the ease of access with smart locks.

While many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, guests can also easily access the University of Alabama campus or the downtown area via ride-sharing services like Uber. The home's central location allows for effortless travel throughout the city, making it simple to explore Tuscaloosa and its surroundings.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following: Upon booking, you'll receive a Supplemental Rental Agreement, which needs to be signed within 24 hours or at least 4 hours before check-in. We also require guest verification through Truvi, where you can choose a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Completing these steps ahead of your arrival helps ensure a seamless check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.



Please be aware that the primary guest must be over 25 years of age and must be staying at the property the duration of the stay.
