No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.

No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive. You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted at any of our properties.

Cancellation policy strictly enforced. It is advised that guests acquire travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation for any reason, including emergency or illness.
