From this condo, you can walk to Bryant Denny Stadium, The Strip, Downtown Tuscaloosa, etc. If you are looking to be right in the middle of the action, this is it! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on Bryant Drive and the front door is looking out towards Saban Field at Bryant Denny Stadium.

The Space:
This condo sleeps 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The unit features a modern kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an open concept kitchen and living room area. Sick of paying for parking for the Alabama games? No worries there! Once you park your car, you will not have to crank it again until check out!

Looking for a nice condo to stay at convenient to the University of Alabama?? Look no further! This condo is as good as it gets! Whether you are here to watch the Crimson Tide, work, visit your kids, tour the University, etc. you will not be disappointed. It will take a mere 6 minute walk to get to Bryant Denny Stadium and an 8 minute walk to get to The Strip. You have countless restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Needing to pick up something quick, JD's Market is right next door.
You can feel right at home with this well stocked kitchen, high quality sheets/towels, smart TV, WIFI, washer/dryer in unit, etc!

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with.

Additional Guest Fee:
• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 4 people.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be at least 25yrs old to book.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
