“Unique place on a beautiful property. So peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. A bit confused at first about the seperate suites. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time exploring the area.”

The stocking of shampoo and conditioner was not attended to-I am not sure when our room was prepared but several things were missing. “Great location. Beds were comfortable. There was a hole behind the bathroom door made by the towel hook and some paint missing on the floor board. Minor fixes that were alerted to the staff at check in. Breakfast was ok overall. Waffle was great! Please have staff come through and wipe off tables, countertops and refresh food every so often during breakfast.”

“Easy to get to. Staff was just fine. I had no need outside of check in. The gentleman who checked me in was a little snobby. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those. Room was clean. The desk in the room looked like it was about to collapse. Dated and needs some repairs. Parking is almost all paid. $10 a night covered or open air. Sucks but is what it is. “Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite.”

“The staff (night clerk) was very cordial and well mannered. He even dug out a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had unintentionally left at home and also computed a map to a friend's address in Manhattan so I could find his home.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.”

The friendly staff, clean rooms, amenities and breakfast punch well above their weight at the Heritage Inn.for what we payed we got as much or more than other middle priced hotels we've stayed at. “The hotel consisted of 3 separate buildings. We were on ground level behind the front building of the hotel, the window opened both ways, I could not lock it. I felt unsafe with my girls, we left and returned home. Also it was not clean, the room needed vacuumed and dusted.”
