The Space:

Our utility room is small, 15 m2, fully equipped. It has a comfortable single bed, a private full bathroom and basic cooking utensils, including an electric induction grill and a minibar. Everything you need to prepare your meals.



The utility room is a room attached to a house, which we also offer on AirBnB, it has a separate entrance and is completely private. It is located in a gated private area, in a completely safe and family-friendly area.

To ensure a comfortable arrival, we provide a courtesy starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper and soap. These items are intended for initial use only.
