“I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice...

“What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏”

“Great location, surrounded by a little slice of rural life. Morning walks among the rice fields is a must have break from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Only negative part was the food. It felt like they tried to make Vietnamese food for westernes, which ends up lacking taste ”

“This is a quaint little spot. Not much to the grounds themselves, nestled into the mountainside not much of a “view” but excellent for a very cheap rate!! Rooms immaculate and comfortable, food delicious, pool clean, staff friendly and helpful. Scooter rental on site. Perfect spot to stay to visit Ninh Binh!! ”

“Chambre propre Nous avons été réveillés très tôt par les travaux en face et petit bémol pour la salle de bains (les toilettes sont au fond et la douche en plein milieu- donc le sol est toujours mouillé ) Sinon nous avons bien mangé 👍”

“The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so...

“Rummet var rent och vad man kunde förvänta sig för kostnaden. Vi fick låna cyklar och kunde då lätt ta oss till flera sevärdheter. Frukosten var minimalistisk men där fanns ägg, soppa och fruk så man klarade sig gott och väl. Läget var supermysigt och väldigt lugnt. Personalen var den stora höjdpunkten. De var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.”

“Laid back and friendly place with a nice family feeling to it. No luxury but the bungalows are clean and nicely located just below the cliffs in a tranquil area. Perfect for exploring by bicycle or motorbike, close to the Trang An boat tour and Hang Mua viewpoint. If we hadn’t already made other plans we would happily stayed longer!”

“Jättebra. Trevliga och hjälpsamma”

“Loved the staff. The sauna, steam room, and pool were a delight. And the area is beautiful and soulful.”

“This is a hidden gem, it is nestled in rice paddies where you can ride one of their bikes to market in the early morning and see what village life is like. You are central to head to any of the local attractions but then you return to serenity and swim under the stars in their beautiful pool. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful bathrooms and I had wonderful mountain views goats roaming them included! The staff were so accomodating with late check out and allowing me to use the amenities after...

“The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

“This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍”
