Nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fridge, air-condition, free parking. On the breakfast menu there are 5- 6 different dishes for around 12 dollars each.”

“This hotel was OK, but nothing special. I found "bugs" in my bathroom and there was no iron or iron board. Breakfast was acceptable.”

“This is a newer hotel, about a year old according to the staff. It was a very nice hotel, quiet and clean. Not to mention that it’s set up similar to a furnished apartment! It had dishes, pots/pans, silverware and cooking utensils. The room even had a dishwasher if needed. And just 10 minutes from Mall of America ”

“Service was excellent from reception and manager after my washing was thrown in the trash by another guest .The laundry was recovered , and the perp thrown out . The manager also gave me a discount . The staff were amazing ”

“Out of 100 hotel nights last 2 years, this hotel was the worst. -broken toilet (did not work at all) -when trying to fix toilet when we where out they never closed the door so it stood wide open for hours (and they still did not fix the toilet). -when we got back to hotelroom around midnight toilet was still not working (6 hours later)… then they send up a second repairman… did not want to give us another room… -floded shower -hair and dirt from former guests in room -breakfast was a joke...

The front desk, especially Tiffany, were all helpful and addressed concerns including getting a quiet room, late arrival and checkout. The location is new -- 2 years old and very convenient for travel and close to seafood restaurants, stores and the airport.”
