“The shepherds hut is in a beautiful rural position with excellent views. It is extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. You have a lovely terrace, a garden area with a picnic table and fire pit. With peacocks and alpacas to watch it really is a fantastic rural experience. The owners Carol and Don are really helpful and friendly. We would certainly return and recommend.”

“We had a really fantastic night at the Shepherds Hut! Its a truly stunning setting and very well appointed little hut, the gas fire is great and the underfloor heating gives some real comfort! A few improvements in regards to communication, location details and a welcome book with instructions for the fire, local information etc would really raise this to the PERFECT destination! Can imagine this place would be amazing in the summer with the Alpacas and Peacocks walking around the paddock in...

“Great location for Welsh nature. Very friendly staff. Had problems with WiFi both in the pub and the room. No info in the room regarding meal times, network access etc which was odd but the ladies behind the bar were very helpful and friendly so was able to have an enjoyable stay.”
