“We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. “The room smelled of smoke the minute you walked in. After I complained the set off an “odor bomb” which only disguised the smell for a few hours. The smell from the smoke and the odor bomb was horrible and made breathing difficult. My daughter found a roach in her room. Do not stay here!”
