“I really dont understand why they would charge to park your car there overnight when you pay for the room ? Just because the hotel is at the airport doesn't mean they have to charge for parking a car . I probably won't stay there again just because i dont like being taken advantage of!”

“This older property, conveniently located for walking to several venues, has a fantastic staff and clean rooms. The fresh scent of the place was a pleasant surprise as was our view. There was a loud domestic dispute in the room next door that woke us up around 1am. I called downstairs and the Inn was quick to send Security up to find out what was going on. Other than that unnerving episode, which I don't blame the hotel for, we had a pleasant stay.”

“Great stay. Friendly efficient check in. Room clean. However, no comfortable place to sit. Only chair in room was office chair that sat crooked. No other chairs. Even in lobby, sitting chairs were small, armless, uncomfortable. Breakfast OK, nothing outstanding nor bad. ”

“We love La Quinta and stay whenever we can. In this particular instance, the room was in a bit of disarray--the blackout curtain was torn and needs to be replaced, and the heat/AC unit was functional, but the covering was loose and looked like it was about to fall off. Nothing to detract from our stay, but things that did need attention. ”

“I did get a dirty room the first time but I went back to desk and she gave me a new room without trouble no big deal.”

“We stayed for an overnight sleep to catch an early morning flight. The shuttle took less than 10 minutes to reach the airport. The driver and hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel appeared to be close to restaurants & other shopping businesses. It was clean & overall what i expected from a hotel close to the airport. ”

“We had a problem with the first room that they put us in. The heating system didn’t work and neither did the TV. They graciously moved us to another room with out any hassle.”

“As always, Holiday Inn Express near PDX is a most enjoyable venue to stay prior an early morning flight from the airport. It is tops in all the applicable categories in regard to cleanliness, comfort, etc.”
