“We chose this hostel because of the nice pictures of the view and the seemingly cozy room. The view was really nice and the room was cozy. However there were a few things on the negative side of the scale. First of all you can hear everything going on in the building, whether it's your next door neighbour closing the door, ppl walking up and down the stairs, or the upstairs neighbours simply walking around and talking in their room. The house is very old which gives it this very cozy and unique...

“The check-in staff are rude and horrible. Words like "the lobby is not the living room of the guest" and "you cannot be here" were spoken within 5 seconds of entering the lobby the first day! It doesnt matter what the check-in staff previously have experienced they should not speak to guest like that. Horrible! Staff in the bar/restaurant are really sweet and service minded. The other hotel staff are doing their best to get the hotel back after the covid. But the receptionist staff. Horrible at...

“Beautiful location for a rural hotel. Our room was very big and had a gorgeous view from a wall of windows, looking out at the snow capped mountains with horses grazing near the hotel. Very tranquil. Good breakfast and nice hosts. ”

“Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again ”
