Five minutes from Twain Harte, down a private road, enjoy land to spread out on and let the kids play. In the hot months- cool off in the beautiful pool, and lounge under the soaring trees. Soak in the hot tub, under a starry night. Host epic game nights in the game barn, with foosball, ping pong, etc. You`ll love cooking with the spacious upgraded kitchen. This place really entices relaxation and fun.

Located 5 minutes from downtown town Twain Harte, so close you can hear the Concert in the Pines from the back deck.
It`s a lovely 3 minute walk to Brentwood Lake (private lake, *access not provided*) down the sweet private road cloaked with a canopy of trees. Access will be maintained in the winter months, but please come prepared with a 4x4 during winter seasons.

Beautiful upgraded home, you`ll appreciate its pristine condition. It has been tastefully decorated for comfort and enjoyment by a large group.

Primary room- located on entry level with its own large en-suite. Flat screen SmartTV, dedicated work space with printer under router. private access to deck. Grab a cup of coffee and relax on the Chaise enjoying the mountain vibes.

Living room- Seats about 15.

Great place for the whole family to gather around play games, and spend quality time together. Beautiful views of trees and lots of natural lighting. Wood burning fire place (wood will be provided). Deck access. Full Bath.

Spacious Kitchen- Propane stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes for 20+ and plastic wear for kids and outdoor use. We tried to think of everything, from Belgian waffle maker, blenders, hand mixer, toaster, and so much more!
Let`s talk coffee! We offer a drip coffee machine, French Press, Italian coffee maker, fresh coffee beans, grinder, sugar, cream, honey, Mocha mix, and an organic green tea. Bar seating for three. Corner nook seats 10+. One standalone highchair and one that attaches to table- two Total.
Standalone refrigerator w/ freezer in Laundry room off kitchen. Gas Fireplace in kitchen keeps it warm and cozy on the cooler days.

Outdoor- backyard features a wraparound deck with views into the trees. Propane BBQ, picnic tables, outdoor lighting during the dry months. Hot tub located behind home, above the pool.

Upstairs- features four bedrooms and one full bath. Family room with game table, Sleeper sofa, futon, and games in closet. Mini-split for heating and air conditioning.

Bedroom3- Queen bed, Twin Bunk bed
Bedroom 4- Trundle (Twin over Full with Twin pull out) and stand-alone Twin.
Consider this the family room; another place were you`ll come to play games, set up the tent, or watch a movie. This area is ideal for groups looking to spread out and create different environments... sometimes the adults need some peace and quiet.

Private suite- Attached to the house but with a private entry and covered porch. This is the spot for those who prefer some more privacy and perhaps a little separation. Features king bed, full bath with jetted tub. Kitchenette with Microwave and fridge, plus utensils. No TV in this room. Blackout blinds aid you in getting a good nights rest. At pool level, with window looking at pool.

Game Barn- Name says it all! Gather the gang for epic game nights.
Above the game room is a large loft with 13 Single Twin beds, and below the loft are two bedrooms with 2 bunks in each. capable of sleeping 22 guests- additional fees apply to use these beds

Property- Large lot over an acre, allows for plenty of parking up to 15 cars.

This property is large enough to host corporate events, large group meetings, family reunions, etc. Please message for more info. We do have a strict noise policy of 9:30pm-9am.

Please be respectful of our peaceful mountain community, especially late into the evening.

Trash goes in garage in the bins or on the ground, trash left outside will be ransacked by animals creating a big mess.

Do not remove bedding from beds! Extra blankets are provided.

Turn off lights and heat/AC upon leaving the home, or when not necessary.

If you use the BBQ, it is guest responsibility to clean it to avoid a cleaning fee. Please empty grease trap on bottom.

Pets must be disclosed, and guests must clean up any pet waste.
