• AC System: To ensure the air conditioning system runs smoothly, please keep the thermostat set to 60°F or higher.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home, the private backyard, and the surrounding two-acre landscape. A few closets and cabinets are locked for owner storage. Ample free parking is available on the property.

Our home offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Nestled in the pristine high-desert, you are directly behind Joshua Tree National Park, offering an immersive nature experience. Yet, the vibrant shops, restaurants, and galleries of downtown Joshua Tree, as well as the Park Boulevard entrance to the national park, are only a 5-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended to explore Joshua Tree, the national park, and the surrounding desert communities. The property's prime location makes it easy to get to all the main attractions.

• Self-check-in is available for your convenience.



• For your safety, no glass or food is permitted in or around the pool and hot tub area.

• We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
