This single-level home features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a spacious living area, three cozy bedrooms with double beds, and a full bathroom. Experience the tranquility of living in an outport community, with the convenience of Twillingate's amenities and attractions only a few minutes away.

The Space:
The house welcomes you through a side entrance, leading directly into a dine-in kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals. From the kitchen, you'll step into the living area, which opens onto a spacious patio offering stunning water views. This single-level home features three bedrooms and a full bathroom, all conveniently located just off the living area. Enjoy the convenience of a new BBQ on the patio for outdoor cooking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Oceanview Cottage is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Twillingate called Back Harbour. The sunsets here are unbeatable. Back Harbour is tucked away on the back side of Twillingate's North Island. Although tucked away, this area of Twillingate is still very close to the local amenities. Grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shops are all within a 5 minute drive and/or 15-20 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Driving is the most typical way that visitors explore Twillingate and area. That said, it is a walker/hikers dream. Whether you prefer the road or the trails, there is so much to explore. Just steps from Oceanview Cottage, you can walk beautiful beaches, access incredible hiking trails, and maybe even spot an icebergs;)

Outside was lovely


The cottage had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and well kept on the outside. We enjoyed a walk along the beach once the rain stopped. Nice, quiet area. Unfortunately there were some issues with the inside. The fridge made such a loud noise we had to raise our voices to talk over it at dinner. The fridge was also not cleaned. I’m guessing the yellowish puddle I wiped from the shelf was leaked fish or seafood juice from the smell. I also cleaned the outside of the fridge. There were brown stains on the sheets of the bed we were going to use. Fortunately there were other beds. Furniture was older, but that was expected from photos. The main door with keypad lock was fine but the door to the deck was difficult to lock. The shower was nice and had great water pressure.

Amazing slice of heaven!!

Great vacation!! Very homey, renovated (like new) cottage with great hosts. There is more than enough room for 6 adults. It was only the two of us, but the three bedrooms are spacious and are decorated very tastefully. The wrap around deck overlooks an unobstructed view of the bay. It is truly a home away from home. The location is the most picturesque place we have ever been. I know it is cliche, but if god created a better place
he kept it for himself! Thank you for everything! We will be back!!

Serene location

My husband and I stayed here one night and enjoyed a hike before we checked in, and one as we headed out of town the following day. The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed looking at birds from the window and the deck. We would love to stay here again. We had a nice dinner out at a recommended restaurant, and enjoyed eating breakfast the following morning at the house.
