“Everything about our stay at Lower Falls cabin was perfect! It was immaculate and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and accessible for our getaway weekend! We can’t wait to come again.”

“This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. ”

“We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay in the white mountains. Communication was easy, very clean, kitchen has lots of pots, pans, baking dishes etc.. house is dog friendly and lots of places to go for a walk. We are a family of 5 adults and we all fit comfortably. ”
