“After being on the road between 12-13 hours, we arrived at the hotel to be told their computer system was down and it was unknown when it would be back up and running. The manager was unable to provide keys or check anyone in, so we told her we needed to go find a new hotel and she told everyone in the lobby to go to dinner because she wasn't sure how long it would take (at around 7 o'clock at night). She finally called over an hour later while we were at the new hotel and she would not refund...

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

“The room was uninhabitable. After opening the door I instantly noticed a strong odor. It smelled musty and like cigarettes. There were stains/bodily fluids on most surfaces including the night stand, dresser, bed, and floor. I took multiple pictures but they do not do justice compared to the odor. I want a full refund. I never stayed at the property and booked a room at a different hotel. ”

“There was still trash on the floor. No seal around the door so it was very cold. And the shower is only about 5 feet high so not ideal for anyone taller than that.”

“The heated pool is the perfect temperature. The continental breakfast has many options, including pancakes and biscuits & gravy. The toilet paper and kleenex are one ply which is disappointing for the price of the room. Our sink had a big blob of toothpaste in it when we checked in. Otherwise, we always enjoy staying here.”

“The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful! However, the temperature controls in our room didn’t seem to be working properly. The room temp was quite warm and we could not adjust it. Also, I do not recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It cost us more through Expedia than it would have if we had just paid the hotel directly, and there was only one breakfast option that did not have a surcharge. The breakfast itself was okay, but there are better breakfast restaurants in...
