“I LOVED this experience! We were only there for the night (and a brisk one at that). We were introduced to our camp site by Fiona and she was lovely. Our campsite was so cool. Just like the pictures! We had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was delish. We didn't realize that we had to maintain the camp stove all night, but again, it was worth all the experience! We also booked a king size bed with bathroom facilities in our tent. The views were amazing. The camp had games, things to do,...

“Super fun and cute vibe. The nightly community bonfire was a nice touch, and the tipi/grounds in general were as clean as you could expect. We stayed in 5 different places during this trip and Starlight Retreat was the favorite of my children - we will likely return again in the future when able.”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was right in front of the rooms, no laundry available. We used the local laundromat. Coffee was available 24 hours along with many creamers. Cookies and muffins were available also. Only negative was it was a small room but we made it work. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Great place for families. We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone National Park. If hotels in West Yellowstone are fully booked, this is an excellent alternative. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We would gladly stay here again.”

“1872 Inn exceeded my expectations. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all so kind and helpful. Check in was easy, and it was very nice being escorted to our room and shown were the amenities were. Breakfast each morning offered a variety of hot and cold options, and staff continually cleaned and refilled. I chose this inn while in town for the Yellowstone 1/2. It was an easy 6/7 min walk to the start line. Would choose this hotel again. ”

“I had stayed at The Preserve several years ago and loved it. I'm not sure what has changed since I last stayed there but it has gone downhill. The room had a funky odor and needed a good deep cleaning and a new shower curtain without mold on the bottom. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. The smoke/carbon monoxide detector had been REMOVED which is not a comforting feeling and I'm pretty sure illegal.”

“These little cabins were so nice! Everything was super clean and high end! The towels were very plush and the bedding felt like I was at home. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The room was clean and staff friendly. The laundry facilities were free and clean. However, the beds were high off the floor and made it difficult to get in. The TV worked a couple hours the first evening before asking for a pass code. I didn't know what it was and turned the TV off. The second evening we couldn't get the TV to "connect to the server" and we'll tried a couple more times during the evening but couldn't connect.”

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”

“I had a wonderful stay! Solo traveler for one night but I thought the location was great and the staff was super kind! Would definitely recommend if visiting Yellowstone NP, and definitely coming back!!”
