Spacious condo. Comfortable beds. Huge master bath. LOVED the jacuzzi and patio which we used daily. Excellent location. Loved being right at the beach. Loved having the restaurant and pool onsite. The place is even better than the pictures on site. Our only challenge was Maps GPS didn’t allow us to put in the correct address in… so we went to Butler Ave in Savannah, GA before realizing it was Butler Av in Tybee Island. It comes up on Maps as I-80.It was 11:30pm by the time we arrived, and then finding the correct building that late at night took another 20-25 minutes. There was no one manning chat at that time. That was frustrating. Clearer instructions would’ve been appreciated. But everything was great once we got in our unit. Excellent stay.

great tybee getaway!

The place is super clean in a great beachfront location. Beds were comfy. My only suggestion, - please keep beach chairs in the unit for guests to use. Very frustrating having to rent those.

Tybee vaca

The check in process was super easy. We had problems with the coffee pot and the hot tub not heating. We stopped in at the office on our way off the island. They gave us a new coffee pot and the hot tub was hot and ready for us to get in. They were easy to work with on these issues. We used the hot tub every evening. We will definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

This property was just as pictured. Very very clean when we got there, and AC was on already. We appreciated that we got a text as soon as the condo was ready so we were able to check in a little early. The bathroom showers were amazing, the kitchen appliances were clean and updated, washer/dryer worked well. And the hot tub and patio were an added plus, and also very clean. Our family was very comfortable here and we would definitely recommend this place!

The Gardens Condo

The condo was very spacious for our group of 6 girls. The outdoor patio was large and very private, which we loved. The pool area and bar/restaurant were a great bonus! Awesome drinks and food! The location is great as well, but I do recommend renting a golf cart (which we did) to explore the island, for shopping and restaurants. The only downfall for us was that check in is not located at the condos, which created an issue for us since we took an Uber from the airport. Overall, would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Privacy galore

The highlight of the condo is the private hot tub. You might hear your neighbors but you will never see them. The access to the beach couldn't have easier and it was awesome to have a restaurant that we could walk to. The only downside was the management was stingy with supplies -- for a 4 night stay we only had 6 washcloths (for a family of 5) and only 3 dishwasher tabs. We had to run laundry to get clean linens and had to wash dishes by hand in order to preserve a tab for checkout. When we inquired if we could pick up more we were told we would have to get some from the IGA.

Perfect Family Stay

The property was perfect for me, my husband, mom, sister, my teenage son and my 1 and half year old daughter. We wanted to ensure we had plenty of space to relax and do our "own thing" if needed during the vacation. The condo allowed us have our own rooms that were spacious. The open floor plan and high ceilings made the stay even better! We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings together. We loved the fact the condo is on the beach. It was a 1 min walk to having your chair in the sand and relaxing. The pool access was nice as well. My daughter enjoyed the kid area. This was our first trip to Tybee and we will definitely be back! I would recommend this condo to any family planning a trip.

Very clean, pictures do not do this property justice!

Unit was a little difficult to find within the complex but it was definitely worth the search! This unit is large and open and airy. Plenty of natural light, high ceilings, even a pretty stained glass window to catch the evening sun. Nice furnishings, lovely kitchen, everything in working order. Garden courtyard was such a nice touch. Unit is extremely clean, which is super important during covid and when traveling with children. Would 100% stay at this property again and again.
