Large, updated 2 bed/2 bath condo with 2 designated covered parking spots and just a 3-minute walk to the sand of South Beach, to shops, restaurants and the pier.

2A Better Place is a bright and beachy condo perfect for families, couples, friends or singles! Tastefully decorated, bright living area with comfy sofa, loveseat and smart television. Also a lovely work space so you can work from “home!” Enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a quick meal, or a gourmet dinner. Sit down for meals in the dining area next to the kitchen - or outside on the deck. Take in the sweet smell of the salt air from the large front deck with peek-a-boo ocean views. Primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed, smart TV and updated en-suite bathroom with large shower. Second bedroom has adorable twin beds, with full bathroom and washer and dryer in hall.

Park your car in the 2 covered parking spots and walk less than 200 yards to Tybee’s beautiful 18th Street beach, five minutes to restaurants, bars, shops, night life, and the pier.

The walls of the unit need to be repainted. The floor is buckling in places. There is dirty and missing grout. The shower door needed readjusting to prevent water from splashing on to the floor. The sliding door in the bedroom does not open. The garbage disposal repeatedly backed up emitting brown, foul-smelling water. The dishtowels and many of the bath towels are dingy. The sheer curtains in the living / kitchen area afford no privacy. Our sleep was disrupted most nights by the loud thumping of footsteps from renters in the unit above.

I thought I was renting a condo with some sort of water view. This was my first visit, so relied on listing info, hoping for the best. No view, but a very nice, clean location — no view, so I learned a lot for my next visit. I will be more aware and better prepared next time.

The place was exactly as described, very close to the beach, clean, and spacious. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great Place Close to the Beach

My young adult (17-22) and I were looking to get away to the beach for a few days, and this was perfect. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a quick, short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, very well kept and comfortable for the four of us. Highly recommend.

2A Better Place vacation

We enjoyed Tybee Island and our stay at the condo so much! It was perfectly located to get to both the ocean and the restaurants/shops so quickly. It was clean, updated with fun decorations, had all the items we needed to cook many meals, the parking space was convenient, and the hose for rinsing off the sand in the garage was so helpful. The extras provided were so helpful…a cooler, beach chairs, games/puzzles/books, laundry with pods, all the cleaning supplies…very well thought out. Would definitely stay here again!!

This condo for perfect for our family of 4! We really enjoyed having an outdoor balcony to enjoy breakfast and play cards in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked and we were just steps to the beach! We are so thankful the condo included beach towels, chairs and a cooler since we were coming from a long distance and didn’t want to purchase all of those things! Loved having the board games and puzzles too!

Great girls getaway

Location and cleanliness were excellent, and it was only half a block to a beautiful beach. The only negatives were a too-firm mattress in second bedroom and uncomfortable pillows. Otherwise the place was completely perfect!
