Nyrenoverade! Välkommen hem till Beach House 432. Denna 2 sovrum, 2 badrum oceanfront lägenhet är en perfekt strand-front, tredje våningen plats, med fri utsikt över stranden och Atlanten. Det ligger i Beachside Colony Resort-komplexet som erbjuder tre gemensamma pooler, varav en är uppvärmd, direkt tillgång till stranden och en restaurang på plats, The Deck. Du kommer också att ligga tvärs över gatan från Memorial Park med en lekplats, volleyboll, basketplaner, tennisbanor och biblioteket och YMCA.

Denna lägenhet erbjuder en breezy, kust charm som gör att gästerna känner sig riktigt hemma. Vardagsrummet är ljust och öppet med spektakulär utsikt och tillgång till den täckta balkongen. Andas i saltluften och upplev Ocean breezes från den möblerade balkongen. I vardagsrummet finns en drottning bäddsoffa för extra sovplats och en platt-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare. Det finns en hiss bekvämt beläget i denna byggnad nära lägenheten och trappor finns också i närheten. Denna lägenhet är husdjursvänlig, mot en extra avgift.

Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and then some. Only criticism we have is, there should be better outdoor seating. Hard to relax on the balcony on small metal chairs. Tybee is a lovely place.

Needs cleaning

The view and proximity to beach were fantastic. The issue is that it was dirty. I dont think the floor has been mopped in years. Within 30 mins of entering the property the soles of my feet were covered in black grime from the floor. Not dust or sand, but a black residue that was all over the condo floor. It was gross. We bought a wet wipe swifter to mop the house so our toddler wasn’t sitting in gunk. I will not be renting another place from this management company as their cleaning standards are lacking.

Nice Beach Condo

This condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs (wish I had known that). The view and location were excellent. The only thing lacking on the property was outdoor grills…which wasn’t that big a deal.

Incredible ocean views

Stunning views, we’ll-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and very clean. Good instructions for everything. Easy walkway to the beach. Only disappointment was that the on-site restaurant we so hoped to frequent was closed for the season (not mentioned in the listing).

Beautiful property on the beach with restaurant.

We woke up to a tropical storm warning. There is one grocery store on the island. A road about to flood. Warnings of tornados. Get flashlights, bring in furniture, close windows and doors. Roads might flood, electricity might be lost. There would be no way for us to get out in a few days and get to the airport, so we left. Good customer service, in my opinion, would have been to help us get off the island. I left some clothes behind and am unable to get them back so far. It was a beautiful condo, but overall not great experience. No, I would not go back.

beach vacation

The apartment faced the ocean and was lovely. Just enough room for 2 couples. The elevator was not working when we arrived, and we were in the 3rd floor. One phone call to the property manager, and they had someone out to fix it immediately, and the elevator was working within a couple of hours. The restaurant on premises was very good, even though they ran out of oysters one night. Parking on Tybee is a challenge at times so plan accordingly when going out. Beaches are public so they tend to get a little crowded, but they are clean and have plenty of room for everyone. Nice to be so close to Savannah for a night out on the town.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The condo was so nice and clean. Everything was thought of from laundry detergent, dish soap, hangers, coffee pot, coffee filters. It made everything very convenient. It was very very clean! Great location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Will definitely be returning!!!

A perfect location with great Ocean views. Very spacious and well maintained condo.

The condo was exceptionally clean; meeting my wife’s phone expectations which is very hard to do. The ocean view was great from the balcony and the Condo/complex is pet friendly. Would definitely visit again. Been to several beaches around the world this would compete.

Tybee Island

This was our first trip to Tybee Island so we loved having the gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room it was gorgeous! The space was very bright and clean. The pool was nice as well and the grill restaurant was delicious. My only complaint would be the pillows and the mattress wasn’t the greatest. Thanks for a great trip overall!

Relaxing Quaint Beach Trip

The property is really nice and practicing social Distancing and masks. The room could have been a little more cleaner around the edges of rooms. The beds could use more comfy matress. The rooms really need a luggage stand . Everything else was great! The view the beach access ammendenties are awesome. The pools are much smaller than pics but the restaurant and bar on site was fabulous ! The ocean is so calm and relaxing the town is the best ocean town we have been too with plenty home town restaurants ice cream shops. We rented bikes and golf cart which made are trip so much funnier and able to visit the north and south ends within 10 minutes or less. It was so wonderful being able to see all the unique homes and driving to the restaurants, shops and pier

The view when you walk into the condo is amazing; however, upon closer look of the condo it could use a deep clean. The floors had sand on them, the baseboards were dirty and a broken chair was on the balcony. The elevator area was also dirty.

Deceiving!!!

The description was newly renovated, there was a lot of problems with the property. The door jamb was pulling from the wall, there was a 1/4" gap on the inside between the door and the jamb, the door jamb was all scratched up, the screen door to the balcony was bent, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, looked like someone spilled something on the door jamb in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned up and the curtain hooks wasn't connected properly to the rod. We wouldn't rent this property again!!

Property was nice overall. Our only issues were (1) kitchen sink had a leak, (2) TV did not have a built-in DVD player as advertised so we couldn't watch the movies we brought, (3) floors were a bit dirty, and (4) there were no blinds on the windows on either side of the door so anyone could see right in.

Beautiful View on the Third Floor!

I would give it 5 stars except for a few fixable things. Pros - This property is completely ocean front. The pictures are very accurate. It was clean. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans. We were here off season, so the "heated pool" was good for kids, but it wasn't heated enough for me. They did get out of the water shivering. This property offered a beautiful view and had tile floors which were easy to keep clean. Nice balcony to sit outside. Cons - Guest bedroom at the front of the property did not have blinds, but sheer curtains, which would mostly cover the windows with some very small areas completely exposed. Anyone walking in front of condo could see through. I did not feel comfortable with my kids changing clothes in the room. At night with the light on, you could see right into the room. There is also a small rectangular window next to the front door that needs blinds. It allows anyone to look into the condo. The shower in the "guest" bathroom seemed to be coming apart. The glass doors would not slide correctly and the silver bar towel rack just fell off onto my daughter. It was not heavy, and it did not hurt her. I did not call to tell the property manager, because it is was the last morning we were there, and we just put it back up. Just to consider - The condo is very hotel like. Sometimes in condos, there are little things that others left behind (like plastic utensils or paper plates). There was nothing like that. So bring the little things, even facial tissues were not there. It did have paper towels and toilet paper. There are three pools, but they are tiny. If it was during high season, I would not count on getting a chair or into the pool. It would be busy. We visited in February. The one heated pool, the biggest had a capacity of like 20 people. At one point, there were 10 people in it, and I kept asking my kids not to splash too much, which is what kids want to do in a pool. Also, while there is a wonderful balcony, it only has a small side table. If you wanted to sit and work, share a meal or read, just know there is nothing chair height.
