  • Denna eleganta två sovrum, två badrum villa är helt enkelt ett hem hemifrån. Det stora sovrummet har en lyxig king size-säng och ett eget badrum med en enorm duschkabin och dubbel fåfänga. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och personlig TV, och ligger bara några steg från andra badrummet. Det fulla köket glimmar med hårda träskåp och rostfria vitvaror och ser ut genom det mysiga vardagsrummet festooned i varma jordtoner, till den privata balkongen där du kan njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller en kvällscocktail när du blickar ut över pooldäcket och ut till havet!

Had an amazing time on Tybee Island! Great location, beach access was awesome and enjoyed the restaurant on the resort property!The condo was great, perfect for our family of four and our dog! Great view of the pool and ocean, and the kitchen was set with everything we needed!Great Stay, highly recommended!

Beach view was excellent. Check in process was quick and easy that condo was very clean. It is a pet friendly establishment however you will have to pay a 100 non refundable pet fee if you bring a pet that we probably missed in the fine print. Also, the restaurant on the property is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but there are plenty of other options out there. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely go again knowing these things.

We had a great time. Easy check-in & check-out process. The condo was very nice, a very few items could have made it excellent, TV explanation guide, wine bottle opener, extra frying pan, swiffer sheets for mop/broom, very small things, nothing major. Overall, a great weekend getaway.

Great spot

One of the few options for condo/pool at Tybee. Facilities were great easy to access, condo was large. Would come back again and would recommend.

Best place in Tybee!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have visited Tybee Island about 9 times sine 2009. Beachside Colony is by far the best place to stay on the island. Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

Condo was a bit smaller than we thought but we made it work. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. Certain areas could have used a bit more cleaning in between guests.

Great place!

We found this condo when Milton cut our Florida trip short and we really lucked out! The condo was very clean, property was well maintained, and very pet friendly. The Deck restaurant has great food and the pool was wonderful. We did have to buy a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa, the springs were poking our kids. There was no place in the kitchen to put food up; but the kitchen itself was well stocked. One pool is heated which was great! Would definitely recommend and we plan to come back!

check in process was a bit confusing. it would have been nice to have instructions on what the process would be, but we did book the day before so partially our fault. everyone we met were nice, facility was nice also.

Would also like to see a “share” location for things unable to take home. For instance we paid $25 for a boogie board and just had to trash it - would be nice to have a community share location.

The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't too good for us. The office staff were nice and professional, but it was too far away from the rooms and the carts were too far away and the trash bins were too far away. Restaurant was marginal and was out of Grouper. They are on the oceah. TV did not work the day we checked in. Furniture of the rental is outdated. It was clean though. Out view was out of the way and the picture of the rental is all you get, no sunshine. The NEW heated pool was not heated.

So you either paid for parking or the breezy bus ($5/person each way). There is a restaurant but the menu is the same for lunch/dinner and so are the prices. Overall we had a fantastic time and would vacation here again!
