Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex with all the comforts of home, available for short-term rental! This spacious retreat comes complete with a 2-car garage for your convenience.

As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker and toaster – perfect for whipping up delicious meals or quick snacks during your stay. The open-plan living area boasts a generous 50-inch TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows or movies.

Our master bedroom is a true sanctuary, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and its own 40-inch TV. The attached ensuite bathroom ensures your privacy and convenience. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The host was excellent--very helpful and quick to respond. We had trouble getting back into the condo one evening and she responded right away with an option that got us right in. We also left a jacket behind and she had someone leave the items in the mailbox for a family member to pick up. The property was clean. No pack-n-play in the room so we had to buy one for our baby. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated and a few light bulbs were burned out, but overall a comfortable stay!

Great location and comfortable stay with room for improvement

This property is ideally located for anyone visiting UT Tyler or TJC—super convenient and easy to get around. The listing was accurate, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.The master bed features a memory foam mattress, which I personally prefer over traditional spring mattresses. It offered decent comfort, though it’s beginning to show signs of wear—particularly with uneven firmness across the surface.There are two main areas where the experience could be improved:Linens – The sheets on the master bed were heavily pilled, to the point that we opted to sleep directly on the top sheet. Replacing them with fresh, higher-quality linens would make a big difference.General Maintenance – The home could use some upkeep. We noticed several spots where the popcorn ceiling texture had fallen off, possibly due to previous moisture issues.Overall, it’s a decent option in a great location, and with a few updates, it could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

comfortable place to stay

First of all, we loved that the garage was included as a parking spot. The home was clean and comfortable. The A/C works well. Ample kitchen items for a short stay. We took morning walks around the block and felt safe. The decor is calming.
