“The room was immaculate, airy and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. High ceilings and a ceiling fan made the circulation in the room so comfortable. We had folks on either side of us in the other rooms and heard nothing, so that was nice. I slept like a rock. Shower was clean and had very nice items to use that smelled nice. We will definitely be back.”

“Don't leave anything of value in your room. We had a cleaner come in our room everyday even though hotel policy was they enter every third day.
They were moving our personal belongings around in the room. Every night when we returned to property they took all the wash clothes and towels and didn't replace them so we had to go every day to desk and ask for them.
We had are personal belongings gone through. We had stuff missing and when reported to the MANAGER he acted like it was a mistake...

“The carpets needed vacuumed. They are dirty with what looks like trash and crumbs yet there are cleaning staff walking over them regularly. We saw them coming in and out of their closets on our hall. Got no sleep because whoever was next door had their tv on all night. Once we left our room to check out the next morning, their room had a “dnd sleep during the day” sign.”

“Downtown but not in an area I want to walk around. Homelessness surrounding the hotel and some seedy businesses. Overall safer than some other cities but still not an area I was super comfortable with. It was good for a 1 night stay. Clean, decent breakfast with a nice view. Staff were very helpful.”
