“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

“The room and the hotel were very nice, the slight downside came when we tried to check in and had to do that via an automated AI system which wasn’t particularly user friendly and long winded especially as I had already given my details when I booked,it didn’t give adequate instruction re: keys and staff at desk/bar seemed very occupied in other areas and not wanting to help. A human being checking in would have made all the difference . Tea and coffee in room weren’t good quality.”
