“Everything was perfect!”

“The staff were excellent. But this establishment is run down. You pay top dollar, but no internet included. The dental kit has no toothpaste, you have to ask for that seperately. The maintanence guy had to fix both toilet and shower for it to function properly. The faucents in the lobby bathroom are ice cold to wash the hands (to save money). Every portion of the hotel is maximizing to give you as little value as possible for your stay which is not what you expect from a Ritz establishment. The...

“Rather boarding hotel. As hotels-gold member I expect to get a room at a good floor and not with 100 kids having a blast. Had a rather noisy stay, and it wasn’t cheap!”

“Bra hotell, bra service. Nöjd med vistelsen överlag! Inget att anmärka på. ”

“Mycket bra hotell, lugnt område men ändå nära till det mesta”

“We booked a room for five. We got a double bed and a bed sofa without any blankets and pillows. I asked the front desk how this could be a five bed room. She call and the staff brought us one more bed. I would expect a Hilton hotel to provide the bed without us asking as well as making the bed. We think that the double bed had old sheets (see the picture) and the ventilation was very dirty. I think this hotel could do much better. The breakfast is good but is as often in the US lacking...

“The property was okay overall, but it could use some renovation and a more thorough cleaning. The towels appeared yellowish, even though they seemed to have been washed, and the sofa cushion was broken. The location was great, but the property itself was just average and could use some improvements.”

“Staff was very helpful and accommodating!”

“Området centralt bra frukost”

“Rummet var helt tillfredställande en fantastisk säng. Enkel frukost hälsosam och helt ok Nära till centrum och Mall med gångavstånd dit, där det fanns massor med restauranger och det fanns också tåg till Washington. Man kunde enkelt ta sig till många platser kommunalt”

“Staff very helpful, everything was extremely well done.”
